About Our Company

HOEM, Inc was founded in 2004 by Blaine Grove, Bryan Grove, and Mike King.

After 6 years performing industrial maintenance services, Precision Metal Fabrication was opened to add manufacturing services.

Founded on the goal to provide industry leading customer value, Precision Metal Fabrication utilizes exceptional design and a passion for quality work to offer a comprehensive solution for any job.

Blaine Grove

Blaine is a co-owner of Precision Metal Fabricators (PMF) and he serves as the company’s president. His background in maintenance and machine operations comes from 25 years working at Pfaltzgraff and operating PMF’s parent company (HOEM, Inc.) for the last 15 years. Blaine brings his customer focus to PMF by working with both new and existing clients to figure out solutions that meet functional and budgetary needs.

Blaine and Bryan have turned PMF into a friendly environment and many of their family members work throughout the organization. Blaine enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hunting, exploring the outdoors, and traveling the country while training his champion field trial Beagles.

Bryan Grove

Bryan is a co-owner of Precision Metal Fabricators and serves as the company’s shop floor supervisor and scheduler. Like his younger brother, Bryan worked for decades at Pfaltzgraff in the mold and die departments before founding HOEM, Inc. and focuses on managing the day-to-day schedule at PMF.

When Bryan is not spending time with his wife or children, he and Blaine are training Beagles, traveling the country to attend field trials, and hunting.

Zach started his career on the shop floor while attending Penn State University to achieve an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He credits the shop floor experience along with scholastic knowledge to be the foundation to his success in the industry.

After meeting Bryan and Blaine, Zach decided to work at PMF as the manufacturing engineer with the responsibilities of product design, quoting, and machine programming. He is skilled at developing strong relationships and his talent offers the ability to create creative products for any application.
